Yes. We restore EPDM, TPO, modified bitumen and metal roofs with NanoTech Materials' Cool Roof Coating System, starting with a Restore-or-Replace Review.
It's a condition call, not an age call. The assessment checks the membrane, moisture and adhesion. If the roof isn't a candidate, we'll tell you and recommend repair or replacement.
NanoGuard's residential treatments are $2.00 per square foot of actual roof area for one coat and $3.00 for two coats. Steep (non-walkable) or hard-to-access roofs add a flat $500. The final price is confirmed at a free roof check, and taxes are extra.
Manufacturer testing projects up to about 15 additional years for newer roofs treated with Fortify and about 5 to 10 years for aging roofs treated with Revive. These are projections from testing, not guarantees.
Sound asphalt-shingle roofs. Metal, tile, slate and cedar roofs, roofs with active leaks, and roofs at the end of their life don't qualify, and we'll tell you if replacement is the right call.
